- You must be 18 years or older to shop with us.
- All content, images, and designs belong to Fabricare. Please do not copy or use them without permission.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via an RBI-compliant payment gateway.
- Orders are confirmed once you receive an SMS/email.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
- Any disputes will be handled under Indian law in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange under the conditions below:
- Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Not eligible: customized items, final sale items, and used bedding.
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- You may choose between exchanging with the same product or another product of equal or higher value (price difference payable).
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.
- Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return or exchange after delivery.
- We deliver across India via trusted courier partners.
- Dispatch time: 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on location.
- Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
- Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.
- We collect your name, contact details, delivery address, and payment details to fulfill orders.
- Payments are secured via RBI-compliant gateways. We do not store card details.
- Data may be shared only with courier/logistics partners for delivery.
- We never sell or misuse your personal data.
- You may request correction or deletion of your data anytime by contacting enquiry@fabricare.ddecor.com.
